Construction Manager

Position: Construction Manager
Location: Bhubaneswar / Rambha
Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and supervise overall construction activities at project sites.
• Ensure projects are completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, Architects, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower deployment, material consumption, and equipment utilization.
• Review construction schedules and take corrective action to avoid project delays.
• Control project costs and minimize material wastage.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure timely execution of assigned work.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
• Resolve technical and site-related issues in coordination with the concerned departments.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills

• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building construction methods and civil engineering practices.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Good knowledge of project planning, budgeting, quality control, and safety management.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple construction activities and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
