What they need
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
◆ B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (or diploma with equivalent field experience)
◆ 5–10 years of hands-on experience in construction site management, preferably on residential/township or commercial building projects
◆ Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and RCC/structural work
◆ Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural and structural drawings
◆ Familiarity with MS Project / Primavera for scheduling, and MS Excel for reporting
◆ Sound understanding of safety standards, labour management, and statutory compliance (RERA, local municipal norms)
◆ Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple contractors and vendors
PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES
◆ Prior experience managing projects of similar scale in Bihar/Eastern India is an advantage
◆ Certification in construction/project management (PMP, RERA compliance training) is a plus
◆ Willingness to be based on-site and available for extended working hours during critical project phases
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
