Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with strong contracting experience in clubhouse construction and residential projects. The candidate must be capable of independently managing site execution, labour mobilisation, subcontractors, billing, and project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for clubhouse and residential projects.
• Supervise RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, and finishing works.
• Handle labour mobilisation, manpower planning, and labour productivity.
• Prepare and verify Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) and reinforcement quantities.
• Verify and process labour contractor bills, measurements, and work quantities.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, material requirements, and site execution.
• Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, material consumption, and timelines.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve technical and execution-related issues.
• Ensure timely completion of work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Candidate Requirements

• 6–10 years of relevant construction experience.
• Strong contracting background is mandatory, preferably with Tier-2 contracting companies.
• Proven experience in clubhouse, apartment, or residential construction.
• Practical knowledge of BBS, labour mobilisation, contractor billing, and site measurements.
• Strong technical knowledge, leadership, and independent site-handling capability.
