Job Title: Construction Manager

Salary: 40,000 to 45,000 per month

Job Summary

Experienced Construction Manager with expertise in handling end-to-end site execution, vendor coordination, contractor management, NMR maintenance, and daily construction operations. Responsible for supervising all on-site activities, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion of projects, and maintaining smooth coordination between contractors, vendors, consultants, and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complete site activities independently as Site In-Charge
• Supervise daily construction work and site labour
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors
• Maintain NMR and labour attendance records
• Monitor material usage and site requirements
• Ensure work completion as per schedule and quality standards
• Verify contractor work and billing details
• Manage subcontractors and workforce allocation
• Ensure site safety and proper housekeeping
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and management
• Resolve day-to-day site execution issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site management
• Experience as individual site in-charge preferred
