What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day site operations and ensure all construction works meet design, safety, quality, and schedule requirements
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and execution
- Develop and maintain construction schedules, resource plans, and progress tracking
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Drive safety programs and enforce health and environmental standards on site
- Resolve on-site issues and ensure swift decision-making to avoid delays
- Conduct regular site meetings and report project progress to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5 to 10 years of local experience in construction management
- Proven experience with semiconductor facility or data center projects is essential
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, cleanroom standards, and mission-critical environments
