Construction Manager

Location: Koloa, HI - on-site, primarily supporting projects in the Koloa-Poipu area

Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience

Our Koloa-based team brings design and construction together on Kauai. We're looking for someone who can guide daily construction activity, communicate clearly, and help the field team deliver quality work.

About the Role

You'll manage construction activity and coordinate the people and tasks needed to keep work moving. Working with the project management team, you'll help translate project priorities into clear direction on-site. This is a field leadership role for someone who combines practical construction knowledge with organization and follow-through. You should be comfortable addressing problems, communicating what needs attention, and using software to support your work.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily construction activities and field priorities.
• Provide clear direction to construction team members.
• Work with project management to organize upcoming tasks.
• Review project plans and communicate relevant details to the field team.
• Monitor work progress and identify issues that could affect completion.
• Check workmanship and help resolve quality concerns.
• Communicate construction questions, changes, and resource needs promptly.
• Use construction software to maintain and share project information.
• Support safe, organized job sites.

Required Qualifications

• Construction experience relevant to coordinating field work and leading teams.
• Practical understanding of construction processes and workmanship.
• Ability to organize tasks, communicate priorities, and follow through.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans.
• Comfort using software and learning the company's systems.
• Availability to work on-site in the Koloa area.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction management software.
• Familiarity with CoConstruct.

Pay and Benefits

• W-2 Employment
• Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 annual base salary, based on experience.
• A company benefits package is available in addition to base salary. Specific benefits and eligibility will be discussed during hiring.
• Schedule: Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday, with schedule adjustments based on construction project needs.
