What they need
Position Overview
Oversees daily site operations, contractor execution, and site coordination, acting as the primary lead for project execution in the absence of the Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily construction activities and manage trade contractors on site.
- Ensure strict adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Resolve field conflicts and coordinate works within active, occupied tenant spaces.
- Assume full Project Manager responsibilities when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- Licensure/Certifications: Active PRC Engineering License. PMP or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) required. Lean Construction / Last Planner System training preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years total experience, with at least 7 years as a Construction Manager on fit-out, retrofit, or facility upgrade projects.
Pay: Php110,000.00 - Php170,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
