Construction Manager

We are looking for a responsible and hands-on Construction Manager who can manage construction projects, coordinate with workers and contractors, and make sure everything is completed on time, within budget, and according to our requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Plan and manage construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Visit construction sites regularly to check progress and make sure work is being done properly.
• Coordinate with contractors, workers, engineers, suppliers, and vendors.
• Make sure projects are completed on time and within the agreed budget.
• Keep track of construction materials, equipment, and other supplies to ensure everything is available when needed.
• Check the quality of work and make sure it meets the required standards.
• Monitor expenses and avoid unnecessary costs.
• Identify and solve problems that may cause delays or affect the quality of work.
• Make sure workers follow safety rules and work in a safe environment.
• Keep management updated about project progress, expenses, and any challenges.
• Ensure the project is completed properly and ready to use before handover.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction projects or site management.
• Experience managing construction workers, contractors, and suppliers.
• The ability to read construction plans and understand project costs and material requirements.
• Good planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who can manage budgets, meet deadlines, and handle unexpected challenges.
• Knowledge of construction practices and material costs in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
• Experience with commercial buildings, office renovations, or interior fit-outs will be a plus.
