We are looking for a Construction Manager who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and leading projects that make a lasting impact. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys being in the field, collaborating with project teams, and serving as a trusted partner to owners, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Represent project owners and advocate for their interests throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, quality assurance, safety, and contract administration
• Manage construction activities in the field and support project teams through challenges and opportunities
• Review RFIs, submittals, pay applications, change orders, and project documentation
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and community partners
• Help deliver projects safely, on schedule, and within budget

What We're Looking For

An active Professional Engineer (PE) License or Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Certification is required.

We're especially interested in candidates with experience in:

• Water/Wastewater
• Utilities
• Heavy Industrial
• Transportation Infrastructure

The ideal candidate is a relationship builder, strategic thinker, and experienced construction professional who can confidently manage multiple projects while maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.
