Construction Manager

Zyeta is looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong background in corporate interior fit-outs, commercial interiors, and workplace project execution. The ideal candidate should have experience managing large-scale office fit-out projects, preferably with exposure to GCC (Global Capability Centre) offices or corporate workplace projects.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site execution, project coordination, quality, safety, timelines, and cost control while ensuring projects meet Zyeta’s quality standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end construction and execution of corporate interior fit-out and commercial workplace projects.
• Plan and monitor project schedules, site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with design, MEP, procurement, project management, vendors, and client teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review construction drawings, shop drawings, BOQs, and specifications to identify and resolve site-level issues.
• Manage civil, architectural, finishing, and MEP coordination activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections, track snags, and ensure timely closure of defects and handover requirements.
• Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation, productivity, and performance.
• Prepare progress reports, highlight execution risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients and consultants to address site issues, changes, and project requirements.
• Ensure proper documentation, material tracking, measurement verification, and project handover.

Required Skills and Experience

• 10–15 years of experience in construction and execution, primarily in corporate interior fit-outs or commercial workplace projects.
• Strong experience in office interiors, corporate campuses, premium commercial interiors, or large-scale workplace projects.
• Experience working on GCC office fit-outs or corporate office projects for multinational clients is preferred.
• Strong understanding of civil works, interior finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors, site teams, project schedules, and execution challenges.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings, MS Project, Microsoft Excel, and construction progress reporting.
• Strong skills in project planning, vendor management, quality control, safety, and client coordination.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates from corporate interior fit-out companies, commercial workplace design-and-build firms, and contractors executing large-scale office projects will be preferred. Experience delivering GCC offices or multinational corporate workplaces is an added advantage.

Candidates with experience limited to residential construction, infrastructure, or general civil execution without substantial corporate interior fit-out exposure may not be suitable.
