We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead site operations and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily construction activities and monitor project progress.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, Aramco requirements, and safety standards.
• Resolve site issues and coordinate with clients and consultants.
• Prepare progress reports and follow up on project milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in construction.
• Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, site management, and safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Open to all nationalities.
