Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate overall construction activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage construction schedules, resource allocation, and work sequencing to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineering, procurement, quality, safety, and construction personnel.
• Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to address schedule or productivity challenges.
• Manage interfaces among contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, company procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Oversee implementation of quality assurance and HSE requirements across construction activities.
• Review and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and execution strategies.
• Support project reporting, risk management, and construction performance monitoring.
• Participate in client meetings and provide leadership for successful project delivery.
