When a family loses their home to a fire or a business floods overnight, someone has
to rebuild it right. That someone is you.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Rytech Restoration delivers complete restoration, reconstruction, and emergency

response you can rely on when everything needs to go right. We have helped property owners,

facility teams, and communities recover from fire, water,
mold, storms, and environmental hazards.

As part of Fortify Companies, we are part of something bigger. Fortify's roots are in

restoration—helping families and businesses recover when disaster strikes. But we're

building something beyond recovery: a platform that aligns insurance carriers, property

owners, and service providers across prevention, response, restoration, and rebuild.
We believe helping people rebuild after a loss is only half the job. Through our family of

companies, we deliver coordinated care from prevention to restoration across 210+

markets nationwide, backed by Summit Partners. Our teams, technology, and local

expertise come together so property owners and insurers get fewer losses, faster

recoveries, and someone they can trust.

Our Brand Values

  • Safety first, always: We hold ourselves to the highest standard to protect our team,

clients, and communities

  • Showing up with a service heart: We help people move forward with empathy,

respect, and unwavering commitment

  • Bringing the energy: We show up with urgency and a get-it-done mindset, owning

every outcome

  • Predictability in the unpredictable: With standardized systems, we deliver

consistency every time

  • Driving success together: By supporting one another, we strengthen relationships

and drive results

About the Job
As a Construction Manager, you will lead restoration rebuild projects from

inspection through completion. You will inspect losses, write estimates (docusketch), negotiate with

adjusters, and deliver high-quality reconstruction. This revenue-generating role manages

$1.5-$2 million in annual project volume while building lasting relationships with clients

and insurance partners.
When it matters most, we show up with heart—and we need project managers who do the

captured so clients get fair coverage

  • Document projects using Docusketch for thorough insurance-related rebuild records
  • Negotiate with insurance companies and close sales, putting your expertise to work

so clients get the coverage they deserve

  • Manage projects from contract through completion, setting clear expectations on

scope, timeline, and materials

  • Create detailed schedules and coordinate production teams to keep projects moving
  • Recruit, retain, and manage a reliable subcontractor network that shares our

commitment to quality

  • Handle material selections, permitting, and code compliance while managing budgets

for profitability

  • Complete change orders, supplemental billings, and project close-outs efficiently
  • Navigate TPA and program job requirements with confidence
  • Mentor and develop production staff to build a stronger team

What You'll Bring
Required

  • 3-5 years as Construction Project Manager in restoration
  • Proficient in Xactimate; knowledge of Symbility
  • Experience with Docusketch for insurance documentation
  • 3-5 years managing construction budgets and schedules
  • 1-3 years running TPA/program rebuild jobs
  • Extensive subcontractor recruitment and management experience
  • Proven negotiator with insurance companies and adjusters
  • Knowledge of building codes, licensing, and permitting
  • State/local licenses to manage rebuild projects
  • Experience with PSA or similar job management platform

Preferred

  • IICRC certifications
  • Established subcontractor network
  • Large loss or CAT project experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

preferred, or equivalent experience

What We Offer
Compensation & Benefits

  • Generous PTO and 9 paid holidays
  • Company vehicle or allowance (market dependent)
  • Company phone and technology
  • Company gear and branded materials
  • Ongoing training and professional development
