Construction Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage overall construction activities to ensure projects meet approved timelines, budgets and quality standards.
• Coordinate with Site Managers, contractors, consultants, engineers and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, construction costs, manpower and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, building regulations, contractual requirements and safety standards.
• Identify and resolve construction issues, delays and operational challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Oversee quality control, defect rectification and project handover.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in property development.
• Proven experience in managing construction teams, contractors and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, cost control, quality assurance and safety requirements.
• Willing to travel or be stationed at project sites when required.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
