Construction Manager

We are seeking a full-time Construction Manager with at least 4 years of experience in construction management to join our growing office in Middletown, NY.

Job duties will include but not be limited to overseeing the entire lifecycle of construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion; managing construction budgets and schedules; assisting in grant administration and reporting, as applicable; reviewing approved plans, specifications, and submittals against daily field reports and inspection reports; coordinating staff inspectors across multiple active project sites; traveling to project sites throughout the Hudson Valley; and communicating with project managers, project designers, contractors, outside agencies and clients as required. Daily travel will be required.

The ideal candidate will be versatile, willing to take on new challenges and team-oriented.

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years' construction management and/or engineering experience (including internships)
• OSHA 10 Hour certification or ability to complete OSHA 10 Hour Construction Safety and Health Training within 2 weeks following commencement of employment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to review and understand industry standards, plans and specifications
• Strong project management, leadership and decision-making skills

Desired Qualifications

• Relevant Licenses & Certifications such as EIT/PE, ACI, ICC and NICET
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
