Must Have's Construction Management MEP Commercial Real Estate Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and design specifications.
• Monitor quality, safety, project progress, and timelines.
• Support effective utilization of manpower and materials at the site.
• Identify and resolve site issues and execution challenges.
• Ensure construction activities are completed within the approved project budget and schedule.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in civil construction and site execution.
• Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site coordination.
• Strong contractor and vendor management skills.
• Good understanding of quality and safety standards.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
