Construction Manager – High-Rise Building Project

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to manage the execution of a high-rise building project in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be responsible for site delivery, construction planning, subcontractor coordination, quality, safety, productivity, and ensuring works are completed in line with the approved programme and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Manage structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP coordination works.
• Develop and monitor construction programmes, look-ahead plans, and recovery plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.
• Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and quality standards.
• Monitor manpower, productivity, materials, equipment, and site progress.
• Identify construction risks, delays, and site constraints and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, and project procedures.
• Conduct progress meetings and provide regular updates to project leadership.
• Support project delivery through testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience.
• Strong experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use building projects.
• Previous UAE/GCC construction experience is preferred.
• Proven experience managing projects from structure through finishing and handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, planning, site logistics, and subcontractor management.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination and interface management.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and drive site teams to achieve programme targets.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience delivering high-rise projects and working with established UAE main contractors will be preferred.

Pay: AED8,667.62 - AED25,948.90 per month
