CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (INFRA & RIVER WORKS / KELANTAN)

·         Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating construction projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

·         Responsible for overseeing the construction process for highway construction and other infrastructure like bridges and roads.

·         Work closely with project team to ensure smooth and progress onsite.

·         Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve technical issues.

·         Conduct regular meeting with all the team and sub-contractors to review the progress of work.

·         Ensure project done according to requirements and time frame.

·         Liaise with regulatory authorities pertaining to project management to ensure smooth implementation and quality of projects.

·         Ensuring all compliance with the ISO requirements.

·         Undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities to meet the project objective.

·         To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Project Director / Project Manager.

Requirement:

·         Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.

·         Minimum 12 years of construction experience of infrastructure works (river project / flood mitigation project).

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

·         Good interpersonal and supervisory skills.

·         Ability to work under pressure.
