Construction Manager- MEP

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and results-driven Construction Manager to lead site execution for our new MEP projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing site activities from mobilisation to handover and ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Candidates with previous MEP construction management experience are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee all MEP construction activities on site.
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives.
• Monitor progress against the project programme and report on schedule, cost, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, approved drawings, and authority requirements.
• Enforce HSE policies and site safety standards.
• Review material requests, method statements, inspection requests, and work approvals.
• Support the QS and Planning teams with measurements, variations, and progress reporting.
• Lead site coordination meetings and maintain proper project records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 12 years and maximum 15 years of experience in MEP construction.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Site Manager on MEP projects.
• Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
• Working knowledge of UAE authority approvals (DCD, DEWA, Dubai Municipality).
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project or Primavera P6.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
