Construction Manager Pipeline-Saudi Arabia

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Construction Manager specializing in Pipeline projects to oversee all aspects of pipeline construction in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful completion of large-scale pipeline infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong leader with extensive technical expertise in pipeline construction, a deep understanding of local regulations and environmental considerations, and a proven track record of managing complex projects in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of pipeline construction projects from initiation to close-out, ensuring adherence to project specifications, designs, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee daily construction activities, including trenching, pipe laying, welding, hydrostatic testing, backfilling, and restoration, ensuring optimal efficiency and quality.
• Manage and coordinate with various contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and performance standards.
• Implement and enforce rigorous Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures, fostering a strong safety culture on site and ensuring zero incidents.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and budget, identify potential deviations, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, adherence to engineering standards, and compliance with all relevant codes and specifications.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports, progress updates, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.
• Manage project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among all project stakeholders, including engineering, procurement, operations, and regulatory bodies.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle, developing contingency plans as needed.
• Lead and mentor a team of construction supervisors, engineers, and site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all Saudi Arabian national and local regulations, environmental standards, and client-specific requirements (e.g., Saudi Aramco standards).
• Oversee the commissioning and handover process, ensuring all systems are fully functional and meet operational requirements.
