Fortis Easy Panel is looking for an experienced and qualified Construction Manager / Project Engineer (Civil) to join our team in Dubai.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in building construction, preferably in high-rise projects.
• Strong experience in civil, architectural, partition wall, and finishing works.
• Ability to manage multiple project sites, site engineers, supervisors, manpower, and subcontractors.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor installation and finishing works.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, and MEP teams for site clearances and inspections.
• Monitor daily progress, manpower productivity, material requirements, and project schedules.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, method statements, QA/QC, and HSE requirements.
• Follow up on WIRs, NCR closures, site handovers, and project completion.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory.
• Dubai Municipality (DM) certification is preferred.
