Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager – PV (Solar) to oversee and manage the construction and installation of photovoltaic solar projects in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will ensure that site activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project schedules, technical specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the construction and installation of solar PV projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily site activities, manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor construction progress and ensure timely project completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Implement and enforce HSE policies and site safety procedures.
• Identify construction issues and coordinate effective solutions.
• Monitor site productivity, workmanship, and resource utilization.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and update management on site activities.
• Coordinate testing, inspection, and commissioning activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management, preferably in solar PV projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV installation, site execution, and construction methodologies.
• Experience in manpower management, subcontractor coordination, and site supervision.
• Good understanding of HSE requirements, quality control, and project schedules.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• UAE or GCC construction experience is an advantage.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
