Construction Manager-Saudi ARAMCO Shutdown Projects

• Oversee all construction activities during critical shutdown periods, ensuring strict adherence to schedule and scope.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary construction teams, including subcontractors, to achieve project objectives safely and efficiently.
• Implement and enforce rigorous safety protocols, ensuring zero lost-time incidents and compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, proactively identifying and mitigating potential delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a significant focus on industrial plant shutdowns.
