Construction Manager -Saudi National

We’re Hiring | Construction Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join their Construction Delivery Team and oversee the delivery of designated construction areas or work packages.

The role will work closely with the Construction Lead and project leadership to translate the client’s requirements into practical site delivery plans, ensuring works meet safety, quality, programme and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of assigned construction areas or packages, including structural and/or fit-out works, depending on the project scope.

• Monitor site progress against the agreed programme, identify delivery issues and support corrective actions.

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and internal teams to resolve site issues and manage interfaces between work packages.

• Maintain compliance with project specifications, quality standards and applicable health and safety regulations.

• Support the Construction Lead in developing and implementing site delivery plans.

• Build effective relationships with the client and key project stakeholders.

• Monitor the cost and programme implications of construction activities and escalate risks where required.

• Promote sustainable construction practices and support project sustainability objectives.

• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction management and the successful delivery of construction projects or work packages.

• Experience leading site activities within large, multidisciplinary project teams.

• Technical knowledge of structural and/or fit-out works relevant to the assigned scope.

• Knowledge of applicable local health and safety regulations and construction quality standards.

• Ability to monitor progress, resolve site issues and coordinate multiple stakeholders.

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of construction costs and programme requirements.

• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

• Progress towards professional membership with CIOB, APM, RICS, ICE or an equivalent institution, or evidence of ongoing professional development.

• An understanding of sustainable construction and carbon reduction considerations.
