We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee residential construction projects in Western Suburb, Victoria.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate trades, suppliers and daily site activities.
• Manage construction schedules and monitor progress.
• Read plans and ensure work meets specifications.
• Oversee site safety, quality and defect rectification.
• Provide regular progress updates to the builder.

About you:

• Experience managing residential construction projects.
• Carpentry background highly regarded.
• Strong organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Current driver’s licence and White Card.
