Construction Manager / CSA Manager (Banting, Selangor)

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in Building & Infrastructure Projects
• Data Centre project experience is highly preferred
• Strong background in construction planning, execution, and site management

Job Description

• Ensure the effective implementation of company policies, procedures, standards, and project objectives.
• Lead and manage all construction activities, ensuring works are carried out according to schedule and are properly coordinated among all stakeholders.
• Oversee project planning, construction execution, change management, testing & commissioning, reporting, documentation, and contract administration.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, according to specifications, and with the highest safety and quality standards.
• Attend project coordination meetings, progress meetings, and client meetings.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to management on progress, milestones, risks, quality, cost, and schedule.
• Identify project issues and risks, and develop effective mitigation and recovery plans.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project reports.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil), Construction Management, Building Management, Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the construction industry with proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
• Experience in Data Centre, Industrial, Infrastructure, or Commercial Building projects is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Good knowledge of construction methodology, project scheduling, safety requirements, and contract administration.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
