About the role

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure successful delivery within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines. This role will lead project execution from the pre-construction phase through completion, coordinating with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end construction activities for assigned projects in Phuket and other designated locations
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource allocation, and construction strategies
• Monitor project progress and ensure construction activities align with approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans to minimize delays and cost overruns
• Drive project completion milestones and ensure timely handover
• Lead and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
• Review work performance, monitor productivity, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management
• Resolve construction issues, technical challenges, and coordination conflicts effectively
• Ensure all construction activities comply with applicable building codes, engineering standards, and company requirements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Structural Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in construction management, project management, or site management
• Proven track record in large-scale commercial, retail, mixed-use, hospitality, residential, or high-rise developments
• Experience managing projects valued at THB 500 million and above is highly preferred
• Experience working with renowned developers, contractors, or project management consultancies is an advantage
• Professional Engineering License (PE License) is advantageous
• Strong project management capabilities and extensive construction experience
• Solid technical foundation in Civil Engineering
