We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to oversee construction activities from planning through completion. This role will coordinate site operations, contractors, project schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and stakeholder requirements to ensure successful project delivery.

🔹 Role Responsibilities:

🔹 Manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion and handover.

🔹 Plan and coordinate daily site activities, resources, manpower, and equipment.

🔹 Supervise contractors, subcontractors, engineers, consultants, and site teams.

🔹 Monitor project schedules, milestones, progress, and construction deliverables.

🔹 Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

🔹 Monitor project costs, budgets, materials, and resource utilization.

🔹 Coordinate procurement, material deliveries, and site requirements.

🔹 Identify construction risks, delays, and issues and implement corrective actions.

🔹 Conduct site meetings and provide regular progress updates to management.

🔹 Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Review technical documentation, method statements, inspections, and project reports.

🔹 Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and other project stakeholders.

🔹 Manage project changes, variations, and construction-related issues.

🔹 Support final inspections, commissioning, snagging, and project handover.

🔹 Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.

✅ 3+ years of relevant construction or project management experience is preferred.

✅ Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and site management.

✅ Excellent contractor and subcontractor coordination skills.

✅ Strong knowledge of construction quality and safety requirements.

✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.

✅ Strong project planning, budgeting, and cost-control skills.

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

✅ Familiarity with Primavera P6, MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools is advantageous.

✅ Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

✅ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
