Construction Materials Custodian

We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouseman who will be responsible for the safekeeping, monitoring, and proper handling of construction materials used for our gasoline station construction projects. The role also involves picking up materials from suppliers, coordinating deliveries to project sites, and ensuring that all materials are properly accounted for.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, store, and safeguard construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor the issuance and movement of materials.
• Pick up construction materials from suppliers and deliver them to designated project sites as needed.
• Ensure that materials released and received are supported by proper documents, such as delivery receipts and material requisitions.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Engineers, Procurement, and suppliers regarding material requirements and schedules.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and immediately report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
• Ensure the warehouse and storage areas are clean, organized, and secure.
• Assist in loading, unloading, and arranging construction materials when necessary.
• Ensure the proper use and maintenance of the company vehicle, if assigned.

Qualifications:

• At least a high school graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
• With experience in warehousing, inventory management, or construction materials handling is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be capable of driving a motorcycle or company vehicle, as required.
• Familiarity with construction materials and basic inventory documentation is an advantage.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and handling materials when necessary.
• Honest, dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to travel to supplier locations and gasoline station construction sites as needed.
