• Collect and document data accurately during inspections, maintaining detailed records for reporting and review purposes
• Monitor construction activities related to concrete forming, masonry work, and general site operations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
• Review contracts and project specifications to understand testing requirements and inspection procedures
• Communicate findings clearly with project teams, contractors, and clients to facilitate prompt resolution of issues or non-compliance
• Support quality control processes by identifying potential deficiencies early and recommending corrective actions

Experience

• Proven laboratory experience working with construction materials testing or related fields
• Hands-on construction site experience with knowledge of concrete forming, masonry techniques, and general construction inspection practices
• Familiarity with quality inspection procedures and data collection methods in a construction environment
• Strong analysis skills for interpreting test results and assessing material performance against specifications
• Experience working with contracts or project documentation related to construction inspection is a plus
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality assurance protocols is highly desirable
