Construction Mechanic Foreman

JOB SCOPE:

• Oversee the repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of all site heavy equipment (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers) and heavy transport vehicles.
• Directly coordinate, manage, and monitor the daily activities of equipment operators and truck drivers to ensure safe operation and high efficiency.
• Assist Project Engineers with project execution by ensuring machinery availability meets site schedules and timeline demands.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• At least Highschool graduate
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Foreman, Lead Mechanic in construction or heavy equipment maintenance.
• In-depth knowledge of repair and maintenance routines for heavy machinery, diesel engines, hydraulic/electrical systems, and heavy commercial trucks.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows, site operations, and job site scheduling methods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage mechanics, operators, and truck drivers across multiple project sites simultaneously.
• Excellent supervisory and problem-solving skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with project engineers and field crews
