Construction Operations Coordinator

TNT Design & Build is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Construction Operations Coordinator to join our growing office team.

In this role, you’ll work closely with our project managers to help keep each remodeling project organized and on track. You’ll help coordinate materials and subcontractors, keep project paperwork and schedules up to date, follow up on outstanding items, and help with the day-to-day tasks that keep our projects running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Set up new projects and keep job files and documents organized
• Support project managers with the day-to-day coordination of remodeling projects
• Help order and coordinate materials, dumpsters, equipment, and other job-site needs
• Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to coordinate upcoming work, deliveries, schedules, and outstanding items.
• Help track project invoices, payments, and other financial paperwork
• Keep project schedules and important project information up to date
• Collect and organize subcontractor documents
• Communicate with homeowners and help keep them informed when needed
• Assist with permit applications, inspections, and related coordination
• Prepare simple weekly project updates for the team
• Help make sure projects are properly documented and organized through completion

• Strong attention to detail and good follow-up skills
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication
• Reliable and responsible, with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable using email, Google Drive, spreadsheets, and other basic office software
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented approach
• Previous experience in construction, remodeling, project coordination, or a similar position is a plus

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
