Construction Operative

About the role:

Join our team as a Construction Operative and take a key role in delivering exciting projects! Bring your civil, drainage, earthworks and road construction experience to the table and help us achieve exceptional results.

Key tasks include:

• Assisting with trenching, backfilling, and general earthworks
• Installing pipes, ducts, and other underground utilities
• Operating small tools and machinery as required
• Supporting concreting, roading, and drainage crews
• Maintaining site cleanliness and safety
• Following site instructions and working closely with supervisors and teammates
• Complying with all health and safety standards and company procedures

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year experience in Construction industry
• Reliable with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
