Construction Operative

Job Responsibilities

Supervise daily construction site activities and ensure works are carried out according to project specifications and schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, and workers.

Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.

Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox meetings.

Inspect completed work and resolve on-site issues promptly.

Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and material usage.

Ensure housekeeping standards are maintained at the worksite.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Construction Foreman or Site Supervisor.

Good knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Able to read construction drawings and coordinate site works.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Able to work independently and under pressure.

Possession of relevant safety certifications is an advantage.
