Construction Permits Coordination Supervisor

About the role

Ensure all Permits needed for the Project, from Pre-Construction until Project Completion are timely secured and renewed (as needed), to avoid Notice of Violation and Penalties and for smooth Project turnover to End-user / Operator.

Key responsibilities

• Identify project components upon receipt of Plans (Bid or FCD) or PR, and the needed Permits related to it, in coordination with RCD
• Conduct on-site Permits audit as necessary
• Keep an updated list of all Permits, required (and acquired) whether by Contractor (based on awarded PO / Contract) or will be course through RCD and Water Management
• Coordinate, monitor and follow-up requirements for the processing of Permit from respective Departments and / or Contractors
• Monitor and follow-up Permit acquisition after transmission of needed documents to Permit processor
• Prepare monthly report (acquired, pending requirements, on process with processor) and send reminder to respective Departments
• Strictly monitor Permits required from Contractors - tie-up with billing processing / releasing
• Transmit Original Permit documents acquired by Contractor to RCD or Water Management
• Ensure acquired DENR or Water Permit is duly renewed / remains valid until Project turnover to End-user / Operator
• Inform and provide reference documents to Billing Team for any chargeable items to Contractor related to Permits processing within 24 hours from identification

About you

• Graduate of Engineering or Management (Engineering or Construction)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Construction Project coordination
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Permits processing
