Construction Planner

Planning Engineer – Responsibilities

• Develop and update project schedules using Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Monitor project progress and prepare progress reports.
• Prepare construction programmes, mitigation plans, catch-up plans, and EOT applications.
• Liaise with project management and site teams to monitor work progress and achieve targets.
• Assist in site planning, progress forecasting, and resolving delays.
• Coordinate planning activities with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Prepare monthly progress presentations and EOT supporting documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Construction industry experience is required.
• Strong planning, analytical, and project management skills.
• Good understanding of safety protocols.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Contract
