Construction Planner - P6

P6 Planner | Hyperscale Data Centre | Dublin

ROSS Cx is hiring a P6 Planner for a hyperscale data centre project in Dublin. It’s a long-term role on a large campus build, so you’ll be with the job for its full run, not dropped in for a few months.

You’ll own the programme day to day. You’ll keep the P6 schedule current, track progress against the baseline and flag delays early. You’ll also work closely with construction, MEP and commissioning teams to keep the critical path moving.

What you’ll be doing

• Building and maintaining detailed schedules in Primavera P6
• Weekly and monthly progress updates and reporting to the client
• Look-ahead programmes with site and subcontractor teams
• Critical path analysis, delay tracking and recovery planning
• Bringing construction, MEP and Cx activities into one programme

What we’re looking for

• Hands-on Primavera P6 experience. This is a must.
• 2 to 8 years in a planning or scheduling role
• A background with a main contractor or an MEP/M&E contractor is a big plus
• Data centre experience helps, but pharma, semiconductor, energy and infrastructure planners are all welcome
• Based in Dublin or within commuting distance

If this sounds like you, or you want to talk it through first, drop me a message or email [email protected].
