Are you good with your hands, not afraid of heights, and okay with getting a little dirty? Come work with our Wildlife Division!

We’re looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our growing Wildlife Division. No wildlife experience required—we’ll teach you! Construction, roofing, carpentry, handyman, or trade experience is a big plus.

What You’ll Do

Inspect homes and find wildlife entry points

Trap and remove wildlife

Perform wildlife exclusion and structural repairs

Work on roofs, ladders, attics, and crawlspaces

Use hand and power tools

Install screening, metal, sealants, traps, and deterrents

Lift, carry, climb, crawl, bend, and occasionally wrestle with a stubborn raccoon

Talk with customers and explain solutions

Keep your truck, tools, and jobsites clean and organized

You’ll Need To Be

Comfortable with 50+ lbs of physical work

Comfortable with heights, ladders, and roofs

Okay working in tight, dirty, hot, cold, and occasionally creepy spaces

Mechanically inclined and good with your hands

Detail-oriented with a little bit of a perfectionist streak

Someone who notices the little things and cares about how their work looks—not just whether it works

Take pride in clean, straight, professional-looking repairs

Dependable and willing to learn

Safety-conscious

A problem solver who takes pride in quality work

Comfortable around wildlife, insects, spiders, and the occasional snake

We Care About the Details

Wildlife exclusion isn’t just about keeping the animal out. We want our repairs to look good, too.

If something is crooked, sloppy, or doesn’t look right, we want someone who notices it—and takes the extra few minutes to fix it.

Function matters. Aesthetics matter. The little things matter.

If you’re the type of person who wants to do something right rather than just get it done, you’ll fit in well here.

The Cool Part: There’s Somewhere to Go

We’re not just looking for someone to fill a truck seat.

Learn the work → master the trade → take on bigger projects → train others → become a Lead Tech → potentially grow into Wildlife Management.

We want to develop our people from within as our Wildlife Division grows.

We Provide

If you want a job where you’re outside, learning a real trade, doing something different every day, and actually have the opportunity to move up, we want to hear from you.
