CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST

Duties and  Responsibilities

• Ensures effective and timely procurement
• Prepares and creates purchase order and job orders
• Maintains proper  and accurate records  or purchases and creates database of current prices of goods
• Coordinates with suppliers (foreign or local )timely delivery.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
  Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Review quality of purchased products.
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order.
• Knowledge on closing out of accounts

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course. Preferably business-related course.
• Organized especially with paper works.
• Computer literate-Microsoft Office.
• Knows basic knowledge on accounting is a plus.
• Preferably has 2-3 experience in handling same role in the construction company
