Construction Production Coordinator

Duties

• Coordinate daily construction activities by scheduling and aligning resources, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project timelines.
• Utilize construction management software such as Xcel, Microsoft, Smartsheet, and Sage.
• Manage contract documentation, change orders, and cost control measures to maintain budget integrity.
• Conduct analysis of Excel data for project tracking, cost management, and schedule adjustments.
• Support project managers in risk assessment, quality assurance processes, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders through regular updates and documentation using construction management software.
• Assist in the preparation of progress reports, daily logs, incident reports, and other documentation vital for project transparency.Experience
• Proven experience in construction site management or project coordination within the construction industry.
• Strong familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost management principles.
• Hands-on experience with scheduling software such as Xcel or Microsoft Project is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data using Excel for project planning and performance tracking.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.
• Maintain a filing system for AP invoices, GL & WC insurance certificates. Maintain a filing system for all conracts, drawings, permits, certifications per project.
• Strong understanding of contracts, safety standards, and quality control procedures in a construction environment.
• Special projects as assigned by CFO/COO.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating between teams, clients, vendors, and subcontractors. Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
