Construction Project Archte

Job Requirements.

• Must have at least 3 to 5 years of work experience related to the job
• Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
• Must be a Licensed Architect
• Must have experience in a construction setup.
• Knowledgeable in Construction Software, such as ProCore
• With experience handling high-rise residential buildings, hotels, commercial, and BPO projects
• Candidate must have experience in Procurement and Vendor Management.
• Experience in retrofitting and fit-out work.
• Experience in preparing reports, monitoring, and presentations.
• Experience in Schedule Management.
• The candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills.
• Open to work in Shifting schedule.
• Must be willing to work in Makati City
