Construction Project Coordinator

IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR PART TIME OR / FULL TIME MECHANICAL – GC/ CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTOR

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT COORDINATOR

APPLICANT MUST HAVE CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE

• Gathering Project Submittals and Approvals according to specifications.

• Maintain Submittal Logs for all Projects.

• Interphase and follow up with CM and Architects thought the project.

• Submit Change Orders for approval.

• Assemble and submit all necessary project Close Outs to Architect for approval.

• Must have solid experience with Excel, Word and PDF.

• Follow up with Project staff, CM’s and owners on ongoing project activity of all submittals and close out until end of project.

• Obtain cost proposal and quotes from vendors for materials/equipment.

• Originate and issue purchase orders to suppliers.

• E Builder experience is a plus.

• Other clerical duties
