Finish Point Trim and Millwork is looking to add a Project Coordinator to our team who is passionate about skilled trades, who has a knack for administrative support and organization, and who thrives in communication centric roles. If you are looking for a role with the opportunity to manage scheduling, enhance your communications portfolio, and organize workflows with precision then you are in the right place!

This is a pivotal role for our teams and one that will need someone with a passion for details. You will enable our teams to be efficient and prepared; communicate with a variety of people both internal and external to our company; and be a vital part of the work we do here in reviving and redefining the honor of skilled trades!

What You’ll Do

• Build, manage, and communicate Trim, Millwork, and Logistics schedules.
• Track job progress, documentation, and compliance on a variety of projects company wide.
• Monitor change orders, communicate update scopes, and track progress accordingly
• Assist Project Managers by identifying and solving problems before they escalate
• Maintain detailed job notes and timelines.
• Communicate proactively with team members, project managers, internal department leads, and outside vendors

The Good Stuff

• 45K-55K salary depending on experience.

• You speak construction … in other words you understand construction terminology, sequencing, and materials.
