Construction Project Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project schedules
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project planning and execution.
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of materials
• Assist in tracking project progress
• Support site teams with daily operations by managing documentation, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals.
• Monitor safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders by preparing reports, schedules, and updates that keep everyone aligned on project goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction with a solid understanding of construction processes.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or equivalent tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and project management principles.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations and safety standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
