As we continue expanding this service offering, we’re looking for a highly organized Construction Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping projects on track.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact coordination role supporting multiple active projects at once. You’ll serve as a central hub between Clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring communication is clear, documentation is accurate, and timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from kickoff through closeout
• Act as a key point of communication across Clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate project data and documentation in Salesforce and internal systems
• Coordinate permitting , approvals, inspections, and closeout requirements
• Support bidding, material quotes, and vendor coordination
• Issue purchase orders and track project-related costs
• Assist with scheduling across Project Managers, vendors, and site teams
• Track job costs, receipts, and documentation to support financial accuracy
• Identify risks early and escalate issues before they impact timelines

• Experience in project coordination, construction support, or similar role in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and process discipline
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with Clients and partners
• Systems-minded and comfortable working within structured processes and tools
• Experience with CRM or project management systems (Salesforce preferred)
• Experience in permitting and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously preferred

Work Environment & Expectations

This hybrid role is based in Las Vegas, NV. Upon the opening of the Las Vegas office, the position will transition to an in-office work environment, supporting multiple active projects in a fast-paced setting.

While the standard workweek follows typical business hours, occasional flexibility may be required to support project timelines, including evenings or weekends as needed. Flex time is encouraged to maintain balance while meeting operational demands.

As part of the RFS® team, Project Coordinators operate within a performance-driven culture with clearly defined KPIs and metrics. Success in this role is measured through accuracy, responsiveness, project execution, and the ability to consistently follow and improve established processes.
