Construction Project Coordinator

RealREPP, a national full-service recruiting firm, is partnering with a well-established construction/engineering firm with headquarters in La Mirada, CA to assist in hiring an experienced a Project Coordinator!

Open to working at any of the regional offices: La Mirada CA, Houston TX, Austin TX, Charlotte NC, Portland OR, Sumner WA, Fremont CA.

• Support purchasing activities, including generating material requests
• Manage project data/documentation in Nexus
• Assist with schedule management
• Support change order processes & ensure documentation is properly maintained
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers & customers
• Monitor procurement-related issues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction or Business Management (preferred)
• 1+ years Project Coordinator experience
• Proficiency with Nexus (preferred)
• Field experience (preferred)
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Ability to learn and utilize industry codes
• Effective communication skills

Compensation Package

• Base Salary $70-90k+ (based on experience)
• Medical, Dental, Vision
• 401k w/ match
• 10 days vacation time
• 5 days sick time

Job Type
