Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Construction Project Coordinator to join our team and drive the successful planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. In this role, you will coordinate between various stakeholders, manage schedules, and ensure that projects adhere to quality standards, timelines, and budgets. Your expertise in construction management software and technical schematics will be vital in keeping projects on track and aligned with client goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to facilitate accurate project execution.
• Monitor project progress through regular site visits and updates in ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management platforms.
• Assist in preparing construction estimates by analyzing blueprints and schematics to determine material quantities and costs.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project timelines.
• Track project budgets, change orders, and documentation to maintain financial control using HeavyBid or similar estimating tools.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, daily reports, and safety records with precision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction coordination or project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with construction management software like MS project is a plus.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes and cost control methods.
• Ability to read and interpret civil plans including site layouts and schematics.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
