Role Highlight

As a Construction Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of construction projects through detailed planning, quality control, scheduling, documentation, cost management, effective communication, problem-solving, and procurement coordination. You will collaborate closely with senior staff and stakeholders to lead our team in achieving project milestones while maintaining high standards and project profitability.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, analyze project specifications, and manage scope changes.
• Quality Control: Lead quality assurance processes to ensure project specifications are met.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Maintain project schedules and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Cost Control and Budget Management: Track project costs, manage budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address potential issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Procurement and Logistics: Oversee material procurement, logistics, and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Engineer or Project Manager.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technologies.
• Degree in construction project management, engineering, architecture, or civil engineering.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience with construction management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
