Construction Project Coordinator

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to support our fast-paced construction operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and has proven experience coordinating construction projects, managing schedules, and maintaining project documentation.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in keeping projects on track by coordinating with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors. Strong organizational skills, accountability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and update project schedules across multiple active construction projects.
• Coordinate daily activities with project managers, field teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor project milestones, identify potential delays, and assist in implementing solutions to maintain project timelines.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Facilitate communication between office operations and field personnel.
• Track project progress and ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements.
• Assist with project closeout documentation.
• Provide leadership with timely updates on project status, scheduling concerns, and operational challenges.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of construction project coordination or scheduling experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and workflow coordination.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems proactively, and work independently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• English proficiency required.
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to West Palm Beach, FL 33411.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential and/or commercial construction.
• Familiarity with construction scheduling and project management software.
• Experience supporting projects from pre-construction through completion.

Additional Requirement

Construction industry experience is required. Candidates without direct construction project coordination or scheduling experience will not be considered.

Pay: $47,840.00 - $52,000.00 per year
