Construction Project Coordinator / Scheduler

Job Summary

Ocean City Fiberglass is looking for a highly organized and reliable Project Coordinator to manage scheduling, coordinate crews, and communicate with clients throughout the entire project process. This position is office-based in Ocean City, NJ and plays a key role in keeping projects organized and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company project calendar
• Schedule jobs and assign crews
• Add new clients to the calendar
• Communicate with clients from start to completion
• Provide project updates and answer client questions
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Coordinate with field supervisors about job progress
• Adjust schedule due to weather or job conditions
• Follow up with clients before and during projects
• Keep notes and job information organized
• Support daily office operations
